Eli Hollon is the new Sr. Director, Quality Assurance for the United States scallop processor Northern Wind.
This was announced a few days ago on Northern Wind’s LinkedIn profile. He joins the Hollon team, which has extensive experience in the food quality sector. Names such as Sysco, Chicken of the Sea, Southwind Foods, and Ren Seafoods were the previous employers at Northern Wind.
So, Hollon’s main goal is to enhance the quality of Northern Wind’s products. Thus, Hollon’s objective will be to work on developing the quality of Norther Wind’s products. Tasks such as developing safety and quality procedures and maintaining standards through inspections.
